He is an experienced project manager with a strong background in environmental, safety and health consultancy. He has more than fifteen years of quality experience and proven expertise in project management, environmental consultancy, and quality assurance both in the fields of industry and academia. Dr B Mandevere is an innovative professional with strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems to coordinate internal teams and to increase customer satisfaction through expertise in program development and management, creating training strategy and consulting. Dr B Mandevere holds a MSc Environmental Management. He is the current Director of the company.
Vice President
He has 8 years working experience in environmental consulting. He holds BSc Geography and Environmental studies, MSc Business Administration. Most of his professional career has been spent in environmental consulting, specifically environmental impact assessment. He has extensive experience in EIA’s and Basic Assessments, Environmental Auditing, Environmental Management Programme, Public involvement, and public meeting facilitation both English and Shona, client liaison, proposal and budget control, research and report writing and has been involved in a wide range of projects, which includes waste management, mining, housing developments, service station among other. Mr Mandebere is currently the Chief Environmentalist and is involved in management and day-to-day running of the business. He is responsible for the vision and strategic decisions of the business and all the activities of the business.
Office manager
Kapfura Holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree form Great Zimbabwe University. She is studying towards a Masters Degree in Strategic Management from Chinyoyi University (CUT). She has vast experience in legal issues since she is working the judiciary services commission of Zimbabwe at the moment.
